The owner usually answers
QCA Electric is owned by Chuck Mausser, and calling us is not a trip through a phone tree. He often picks up the line himself, so the person quoting the job is the person who has spent more than 35 years doing it.
That is the whole reason the company stays local and family-owned. Nobody hands your panel to whoever was free that morning, and if something needs a second look afterwards you are calling the same number and reaching the same people.

From one outlet to three-phase
We take residential, commercial and industrial work: a dead bedroom circuit in a hundred-year-old house, a service upgrade for a remodel, lighting and panels for a storefront, and 480-volt three-phase equipment on a plant floor. It is the same trade at different scales, and we have not had to send anyone elsewhere because a job was too small or too heavy.
24-hour emergency service available, because a burning smell at the panel does not wait for Monday. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00.
Licensed in both states, warrantied for life
Licensed, bonded and insured in Iowa and Illinois, which matters in a metro split by a state line: the crew that wires a house in Bettendorf can wire one in Moline without handing you to a subcontractor. We pull the permits and meet the inspectors as the licensed contractor on the job.
Lifetime warranty on our workmanship. If our work fails, we come back and fix it — that promise has no expiry date attached to it.
