QCA Electric

Privacy policy

This site exists so you can reach an electrician. The only personal information we handle is what you type into the contact form, and this page says plainly what happens to it.

What the contact form collects

Nothing else is required. If you would rather not type any of it, call us instead.

Why we collect it

To quote your job, schedule it and finish it. We use what you send to call or email you back about that request and to keep a record of the work we have done for you. We do not run marketing campaigns off this form and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

QCA Electric sees it. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it and we do not trade it to lead brokers or advertisers. The only time it goes anywhere else is when the job itself requires it, such as naming you on a permit application, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as it is useful for the work: to finish the job, to honour the lifetime warranty on our workmanship, and to look up what we installed if you call us back years later. When it stops being useful, we delete it.

Asking us to delete it

Call either number below and say you want your information removed, and we will delete what we hold about you. You can also ask us what we have on file. There is no form to fill in for this and no charge for it.

Cookies and tracking

The pages on this site do not set advertising cookies and do not follow you around the web. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google, so opening that page loads content from Google under their own privacy terms.

Questions about any of this go to the same phones as the electrical work:
